PostSubject: Die cast mustangs   Thu 23 Jul - 22:11

First off I am new to this site, so sorry if this discussion has been done. I collect die cast mustangs and curtain GM cars that start with a C#%$%o. Does anyone remeber a die cast set made by ERTL several years ago that had 3 1969 or 1970 mustangs that where in rough shape(doors different color, rust) so on. I would love to find these if anyone has seen them or owns some ca I get a lot # off of them and the series. Thanks I know it sounds weird.

Thanks for posting my link 1970twisterspecial but the more up-todate site is at http://www.machwon.com and the collection can be found at http://www.machwon.com/Collection.html

I am guessing the items you are looking for are

and

Probably the best place to find them is going to be Ebay. If I see some I will be sure to send you a link.

I just bought both of them.
Couldn't resist, although the price was a bit high.
Luckily the dollar is still low Mr. Green

The problem is more, how much space do I have for model cars.
I just received a 1:8 Cleveland with Shaker engine from Australia.
I need a larger house

THAT IS TOO COOL!!!!! I've got one for a 2001 DOHC 4.6 Cobra engine. It's number 327 of 1000 made. I would love to get a 351C model like that. Is there a company in Australia that make them still?

I went on the Aussy e-bay and lost this below:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/FORD-351-CLEVELAND-ENGINE-1:8-SCALE-BY-ICON_W0QQitemZ370248050766QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20090821?IMSfp=TL0908211510001r635

However, I went here: http://www.stanbridges.com.au/index.cfm and ordered one for $80 which was lower the the e-bay price but the postage was $65. I also have a 2001 4.6 DOHC Cobra 1:4 scale I bought six years ago similar to the one you posted above.

Thanks,
Bill
