Probably the best way is to sign up and get a accout at
www.photobucket.com
After you get an account you can upload pictures from your computer. After you upload the pictures photobucket will give you a link (example http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a192/mach1guy/1970_2004.jpg)
After you are given the link you can post the picture here by using the IMAGE Button above your Message box. When you hit the button you will see
 http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a192/mach1guy/1970_2004.jpg
Then hit the button again
" border="0" alt="" />
If everything works you will see a picture 
Let me know if you need anymore help...
