1970 Mach 1 Door Molding Retainers

Does anyone know of a source for original-looking (and fitting) trim retainers for the 1970 Mach 1 door moldings? The clips that come in the kit from AMK are nothing like the originals, which are square or rectangular with spring-loaded "arms". I'm not having a lot of luck getting the ones from AMK to fit snugly, so I'd like to find something that fits better if I can.

I have found the same problem with my Mach1. I have found a good use in others parts cars.
