2 new 1/18th 70 Mach Diecasts are being released

Were the wheels that are on the Twister even correct? Is that what they call a Deep dish hubcap??

Deep dish wheel covers might be stock on the Twisters, but they weren't stock on the Mach1's.
Check the Twister Special Registery
On all of the invoices it says Deep Dish Sports Wheel covers.

Magnums were only optional on the Boss, stock on Shelby

I don't believe the white hood striping on the other Mach 1 is correct.

wasn't there a rare color combo with a ramair that has a white hood stripe and shaker top? i have seen a black car like that on ebay that was claimed to be original.

besides the fact of, if those wheels were up to scale on the twister car then they would be 18 inch rims atleast.

i'm not trying to bust on the correctness for they are just toys or dust collectors to me anyway. they look like nice pieces for a collection. i have a buddy that likes that stuff.

Models from Highway 61 are top of the line.
Not as good as Exact Detail, but much better than ERTL and most other manufactures.

My neighbor has 100's of die cast, not to mention a 69 R code that looks like it just came off the show room floor, a 351 Cougar Eliminator and a SCJ 69 R code that is getting a blown 427 side oiler. I was shocked to see how many quality 69 Mach 1 die cast there are - not nearly as many 70's. Still last night he surprised me with a Medium Blue Metallic 70 Mach 1 from HWY 61. It isn't Grabber Blue, but it is as close as he could get. Got to love a neighbor like that.

This would make at least the second time a black 70 mach in 1:18 was offered w/ white stripes and white interior. It would be nice to see a triple black one for some variety.

Ya, this was the 1st release



They have already done the Twister too



I sure hope they aren't planning on re-doing all the 1st release's.
