Hurst Shifter Mounting Problem Empty
PostSubject: Hurst Shifter Mounting Problem   Hurst Shifter Mounting Problem EmptyMon 28 Jul - 18:49

Hi Guys,

I am new to the Mustang Mach 1 so it may be a dumb question following. I have purchased a 4psd toploader and separately a Hurst Shifter, both seem to be correct for the 70 Mustang. However when I mount the shifter on the plate, the levers are obstructed by the gearbox cross member. It seems like either the mounting plate is incorrect or th emounting position is incorrect.PHurst Shifter Mounting Problem 1

Any advice welcome.

Sean
