| What is it that makes the "clicking" sound when you put on your turn signal? Mine doesn't make a sound when the blinker is on. I'm getting too old to drive down the road with my turn signal on for 20 miles. | |

| Hello! Bill
The clicking sound is from a fuse or breaker located in the fuse panel.
Check for a big fuse and replace with another, depending the fuse is possible to find fuse with different intensity of sound.

| The clicking sound is not from a fuse, but from the bi-metal in the turn-signal relais. Maybe your relais has been replace by an electronic one, which doen't have the bi-metal part. | |

| The flasher unit itself makes the clicking sound. It could be anywhere the harness will reach to but you can usually fish it out from the drivers side console area behind the radio. Of if need be you can pull the radio forward which takes about 5 min, and you should be able to see the flasher element. If it's still the orginal unit it will be round and blue, I think. It will have a two wire connection if I'm not mistaken - Back in the day jc whitney use to sell "louder" clicker flasher units for the hearing impared. Your turn signals can still funtion correctly even if the clicking sound of the flaser breaks internally. Bill, Las Vegas Nevada | |

| If you have a bulb gone sometimes the flasher just stays on so check all globes , try you hazard switch as well. The turn flasher is on the LHS of the radio under the dash and the hazard one on the RHS of the radio. They both click if the old style. | |
