mustang cladding/rocker covers Empty
PostSubject: mustang cladding/rocker covers   mustang cladding/rocker covers EmptyMon 1 Jun - 19:51

Hello to all, I finally got my hands some cladding for my car and have a problem. I guess there are 2-3 part numbers for the front fender cladding and I have one of each type. One of the the letters/number are held in by little rivets and allows you to buy the repo kit to put new letters and number on. The other one looks like it's one piece and I don't want to mess it up. Does anyone know how to re-do those types? Or am I stuck with just paint it one color.
thanks john

Hi joihn,

not sure if this earlier thread is any use. does not explain how to remove letters but may help with your paint decision.

Seany-boy, Thanks for the info. That clears it all up. I guess the bunch of cladding I gott for a really good price has different front fender cladding. I am going to look for another all argent piece to go with the one I have. That way I avoid having to buy the after market letter/number which aren't cheap. By the way I painted mine with store bought gunmetal grey and I think they look great.

sounds good John, at least you have choices which is always cool. Post a pic of your rockers when painted for us to admire!
