Rack and Pinion istallation Empty
PostSubject: Rack and Pinion istallation   Rack and Pinion istallation EmptyFri 29 Jan - 8:53

Cool Good Day. Still struggling with steering on our Mach 1. Has anyone installed rack and pinion on their car? Looking at the Total control product as a good alternative . How hard are they to install? If anyone can help it is appreciated. Thank-you

I have TCP coilover system and R&P in my 70 Mach1. TCP makes awesome products. I have the manual rack and am very happy with the steering feel. The turning radius is not quite as good as my previous flaming river quick ratio manual gearbox but it isn't a big problem. I had to change my 351w headers out to fit with the R&P. FPA 1 3/4" full length headers fit nicely with my rack. Alan
