so what is your experience of these compared to rubber bushes? I have also ordered a kit from www.energysuspensionparts.com

Hi Denton,

Yeah think so, certainly better to have them all greased and moving! It feels firm but it think that is just the ride of the car- still getting used to it.I did get the black urethane as it is apparently slightly softer than the red one. Not sur ehow much difference rubber or urethane makes as the urethane guys say the shocks an dsprings are supposed to softer the ride not thebushes and so firm bushes should be a good thing
