351 emblems on hood scoop

Does anybody know if all 351 mach 1's came with the small 351 emblems on the sides of the hood scoop? I found an original fomoco stamped set in the glove box but i dont see any holes on my scoop where they belong. I pulled the scoop off and its an original ford part but there have neve been any holes on it.

The 351 emblem fit on the sides of the hood scoop for 1969 models.

and I find on 1970 Mustang GT ( Mexico version only )

I don't think they were stock either, but I just placed them on mine and I think it really sets off the hood nicely.
Depends if you want to sway a bit from stock.
