Grabber Orange 0F05H107907

Bought this car basically as a shell almost. No rear end, trans, nor engine. Someone painted it blue but I can still see the grabber orange in some places. Bill of sale came with car as it was sold in 88' to a junkyard without a title. All vins match on car except for window as someone between 1970-1986 switched the vin to a g code boss 302 vin. I would like to find the owner who had it. Guy who runs the junkyard said he honestly couldn't tell me. All I know is that he said he got it from a guy in waynsenoro tn. He more than likely has the title to it. Police said they ran the h code vin and said it has not been registered in a very long time nor it was stolen. Any help would be appreciated.
