Carpet Colour

When I got my Mach1 it had ginger interior & black carpet.
Can anyone tell me what the correct carpet colour is for ginger interior?

My car had original ginger interior which I have since changed to black. EVERYTHING was ginger... Door panels carpet console dash headliner steering wheel etc. not my cup of tea

Wasn't sure as my interior is ginger but the black carpet & black seat belts looked original.

Your welcome. Good luck with your project. The only other possibility work be a special order but I'm not sure Ford did that back in the day. What color paint did your car come with? Mine is white...

Original colour was Light Ivy Yellow.
I didn't go much for that colour so I went for something a little brighter.

Yes mate,keeping it Ginger.Interior is the next job after I do the rocker mouldings.
And yes it has been a big project.
I knew it was in poor condition when I got it but when I stripped it out it was worse than I expected.
Been a long term project as i'll only work on it when I have the time,money and motivation.
Only good thing when I got it was that it was already here in Australia and I got it for $6,000 which even back then was cheap considering the costs involved in shipping & import taxes.
